Future SecuriGroup Leaders: Supervisor Training

This week SecuriGroup completed yet another Supervisor Training Course, held by our internal training company Blueprint Training Solutions. Many of our most senior personnel have risen up through our organisation, and Supervisor Development Training is one of the ways in which we both reward and progress our talented personnel.

As a leader in the private security industry, SecuriGroup continues to grow in all sectors throughout the UK. Opportunities to develop and progress are always available for our employees who prove to be of the highest quality.

The most recent course has drawn a selection of the best and brightest SecuriGroup prospects from all over the UK. Over the extensive two day training course, we help to continue the development of our staff by optimising their management expertise whilst equipping them with key operational and industry knowledge surrounding strategy, marketing and finance.

As evidence of the company's investment, sections of the course were overseen by senior managers and board members, featuring an introduction to SecuriGroup by Operations Director Allan Burnett QPM BSc (Hons) FSyI. Their presentations allow us to provide first hand perspective on the challenges faced at this level, and help to show how to respond using effective and successful methods.

The Supervisor development course is designed to ensure that our management teams and security operatives are prepared to meet the challenges of a modern security industry and overcome them using our successful processes, effective methods and industry knowledge.

Our integrated staff development programme, available to supervisors and managers throughout the organisation, is underpinned by our commitment as 'Investors in People'.

The provision of extensive security training forms a key part of our devotion to improving security effectiveness and efficiency. Close management support, a flexible attitude to staff well-being, and a focus on staff welfare are all central to how we achieve practical and sustainable change.
