SecuriGroup was delighted to host CBRE last week for a training day at the Head Office, showcasing CBRE's new '11 in 10' Customer Service Initiative.
11 in 10 is an initiative to help with the provision of service excellence delivery. It breaks down 11 different aspects of customer service, which need to be considered to ensure the most efficient and effective service is provided to all customers.
The training day, led by CBRE Facilities Manager Maureen Charlton, was very informative and positive for the 40+ attendees. Thanks to her excellent delivery of the topic, the initiative was understood clearly by our guests who were actively engaged throughout.
The opportunity to fully discuss the initiative proved very beneficial, with many of the attendees commenting on the productive discussion generated from the experience.
